BRAIN ANEURYSM
Lowest-risk aneurysms: are in the anterior circulation and less than 7 mm in diameter. The annual risk of rupture is 0.05% annually. Annual monitoring for 3 years, an MRA or CT angiogram , then once every 3 years is sufficient.

CT or MRI Butterfly sign, atrophy of caudate nuclei
PET: Decreased metabolism of caudate and putamen.
